Katsucon is an annual 3-day convention which traditionally takes places over the President’s Day weekend in America. This year, it’s 17th edition took place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Their activities include: hall cosplay, masquerade, masquerade ball, a maid cafe, karaoke etc.
