She studied photography and design at Parsons, graduating in 2007. She has an experience of over 10 years in the field of photography, being specialized in documenting cultures and places. She is currently one of the most talented cosplay photographers in the USA, and one sought by many cosplayers for her beautiful photos, which always prove her understanding of characters and her talent for amazing compositions. That’s right, we are talking about Judith Stephens, whose photos were also featured in Cosplay Gen.

Out of our research, Judith Stephens is the first cosplay photographer from the USA who authored a professional photo album/book featuring US cosplayers. She published Cosplayers 2008 her first catalogue on December 11, 2008, followed by Cosplayers 2009.

In 2010 she attended 10 conventions in the North America, besides other countless cosplay events and photo shoots. She gathered hours and hours of hard work, but also fun, and, as a more palpable result, 28 000 photos, which she decided to share with the world. This is how her latest cosplay photography album, which she named Cosplayers 2010, was born.
