Cosplay Mania is an event held annually in Philippines since 2008.
This year’s Cosplay Mania was held during October 1 and 2 at the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia complex. As the name implies, the event is highly centered around cosplay, with all sorts of contests such as a Cosplay Tournament of Champions; a Costume Building Contest; a cosplay video contest etc.; and activities such as cosplay workshops, Cosmaker Battle Royale, Team Cosplay Checkmate among others.
Cosplay Gen is also proud to be Cosplay Mania‘s international print media partner! They also held a photography contest which we got to judge, but we’ll write about that and the winners in a separate post.
